In relation to the abovementioned Development Approval originally granted by Noosa Council on 27
September 1996 (Council Reference 03997 TR), on behalf of TWX Pty Ltd we hereby request a
Development Permit – Material Change of Use to establish Entertainment and Dining Business - Type 1
Food & Beverages in accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

Please find enclosed the following documentation and below representations to facilitate Council’s
assessment of this request:

            Council Application Forms;
            Owners Consent;
            Architectural Plans;
            Acoustic Report; and
            Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement Form.

The following planning information supports the above request for a Development Permit – Material
Change of Use which seeks to establish an Entertainment and Dining Business - Type 1 Food & Beverages.
As discussed on numerous occasions with Council, this application is to formalize the current restaurant,
shade structure, and outdoor dining facilities which have existed on the site for the past decade. The
proposed development consists of a refurbishment of these existing facilities and an extension to the
hours of operation for the restaurant at Unit 3.
