        AT 4-6 HAY STREET TEWANTIN
        FOR PROPERTY ACCESS AND DRIVEWAYS, STORMWATER DRAINAGE, SERVICES,
        AND EARTHWORKS AND RETAINING WALLS


Please find enclosed an application for Operational Works (OPW) for the property described as Lot 2
RP72903, Lot 4 RP72903, and Lot 4 RP77225 located at 4-6 Hay Street, Tewantin.


This application has been prepared for assessment by Noosa Council under the requirements of the
Planning Scheme, and the design documented generally complies with the requirements of that
scheme.


Accordingly, please find enclosed the following documentation in support of the OPW application and
as required by Council:

        1. Civil Operational Works Plans prepared by Contour Consulting Engineers
        2. DA Form 1 – Development Application Details


We trust the above information is acceptable, should further information be required, please contact
