1.0       INTRODUCTION
Rytenskild Traffic Engineering (RTE) has been engaged by Hayden Weir to prepare a Transport Impact
Assessment for his proposed distillery and bar at Noosaville.

This report forms part of a Development Application to be lodged with the Noosa Council. The
following issues have been addressed as part of the study:

      •   Adequacy of the proposed car parking supply;
      •   The proposed car parking layout and dimensions;
      •   Site access arrangements;
      •   Provision for service vehicle access
      •   Provision for safe access by pedestrians and cyclists.



2.0       SUBJECT SITE
2.1       Location of Subject Site

As shown in Figure 2.1, the subject site is located on the eastern side of Rene Street, approximately
50 metres south of the Eumundi – Noosa Road. The site is surrounded by commercial and industrial
uses.

Access will be gained via the existing driveway located on the southern side of the site frontage.
