Completed Projects
While the 1st quarter continues to be impacted by wet weather and experiencing a heated
construction market with ongoing material shortages, lengthy lead times, pricing increases and
contractor availability issues; 22% of capital expenditure has been completed this quarter. The
Capital Works Project Control Group and Capital Works Executive have continued to enable
staff and Council to make informed decisions that relate to projects being delivered throughout
the year.
