Based on the measured ambient noise levels, the noise criteria for amplified music before and
after 10pm are presented in Table 6 and Table 7 respectively.

In all cases the typical minimum noise level was used to determine the representative background
noise level and criteria levels. This allows a conservative estimate of noise impacts, and excludes
the effect of periods of raised background noise levels due to extraneous noise from transient
noise sources.
