The summary of Background Creep predictions is as follows:

    a) All individual noise sources (with exception of waste collection) are predicted to comply
       with the criteria at off-site receivers (Receiver 1 & 2);
    b) Waste collection complies with the day and early morning criteria, therefore to minimise
       annoyance these activities will be recommended to occur between the hours of 6am –
       6pm;
    c) Noise levels are predicted to be above the criteria at the proposed on-site receiver
       (Receiver 3). As the building is a part of the proposed development, building treatments
       will be specified to ensure that internal noise levels comply with the requirements;
    d) Compliance is predicted to be achieved based on the implementation of Section 8
       recommendations.
