7.4          Predicted Road Traffic Noise Levels
Table 27 presents the predicted road traffic noise levels at the proposed residential development.
Noise modelling outputs are presented in Appendix C.

The internal sound level requirements of AS2107 can be achieved based on standard construction
and closure of external windows and doors.

Noise levels at outdoor recreation areas are predicted to comply at the SW, SE and NE facades.
Noise levels at the NW façade would be slightly above the criteria. Compliant outdoor recreation
areas could be provided at the SW, SE and NE facades.
