Not properly made submission (late) Rod Ritchie MCU12/0184
Subject: SK BCS 1192 Submission MCU12/0184 From: Rod Ritchie Date: 2013-08-20T22:56:59+00:00 To: Internet Mailbox Sunshine Coast Regional Council Dear Mr Lewis, When the applicant, or his agent, filed the development permit for a material change of use, he failed to report on the Environmentally Relevant Activity - IDAS Form 8 (see attached) that the proposed activity would: • release water or waste to land. • release storm water to the receiving environment • store or move bulk material • release contaminants indirectly to groundwater Since the applicant is now proposing to spread the entire waste from the eight sheds on the surrounding hillsides, I request that the application be re-submitted and appropriate time be given to those concerned about this new plan to properly present their objections, and for relevant government departments duely notified. Considering the likely presence of the endangered Giant Barred Frog in the local waterways this should be given priority before the approval process moves any further forward. I look forward to your earliest response on this important matter. Sincerely, Rod Ritchie Old Ceylon Rd Cooroy Q 4563 ATTCHMENT Copy of section of the Environmentally Relevant Activity - IDAS Form 8 forming part of MCU12/0184
