The information requested is set out below:
Issue
There is a discrepancy between the engineering plans and the submitted dock pro plan in regard to the size and shape of the boat lifting device.
Information Required
Clearly indicate on the plans the type, location and dimensions of the proposed boat lifting device
Issue
The engineering plans do not fully dimension the proposed boat lifting device, the connection to the jetty or clearly indicate how the boat lifting device is connected to the seabed anchor frame. Council has concerns that all of these elements will result in the boat lifting device not achieving the minimum 1 metre setback from the prolongation of the boundary as described in Acceptable Outcome AO21.1 of the Waterways Works Code.
Information Required
Provide plans that clearly indicate the dimensions of the various structures and connections. Demonstrate that the construction of the jetty and installation of the device will achieve compliance with Acceptable Outcome AO21.1 of the Waterways Works Code.
