We are writing on behalf of our client Tobias Property Holdings Pty. Ltd who have purchased
the above mentioned site to relocate Noosa Chocolate Factory. The proposed development
includes a Type 2 Industrial business with ancillary Café/Retail component and a Caretakers
Unit. This application is Impact Assessable due to the Café, which is listed as an
inconsistent use within the industrial business zone. A pre-lodgement meeting was held to
discuss key issues of the development that would need to be met for compliance with the
Noosa Planning Scheme framework. Minutes from this meeting are attached for reference.
