Earthworks Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcomes of the Earth Works Code as
detailed in the attached Engineering Drawings.

Erosion and Sediment Control Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcomes of the Erosion and Sediment
Control Code as detailed in the attached Engineering Drawings.

Existing Services Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcomes of the Existing Services Code as
detailed in the attached Engineering Drawings

Transport, Roads and Drainage Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcomes of the Transport, Roads and
Drainage Code as detailed in the attached Engineering Drawings. There is no existing
pedestrian/cycle path infrastructure completed at present, however the proposed
development has been designed to accommodate such infrastructure in this proposal. Refer
to Empire Engineers civil drawings.

Waste Management Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcomes of the Waste Management Code
as contained within Table 14-60. Please refer to the attached Building Design Drawings
prepared by us reflecting the detail, location, storage and waste management receptor as
required within the applicable table

Water Sensitive Design Code

The proposed development achieves the specific outcome of the Water Sensitive Design
Code as detailed in the attached Engineering Drawings.
