Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge my reasons for the council to reject the above application for development for numerous reasons including:


  1.  Size of development is large and not in keeping with the surrounds. Could be viewed as overdeveloping the area;
  2.  Noosa has been provided with a Koala fund to help bring back the wild koalas and protect the existing ones. This development will jeopardise the ability to preserve and help improve the koala numbers. If anything this could portentously decrease their existence. Koalas are now an endangered species and all due care should be made when approving any development that can negatively impact the species and also the environment;
  3.  The application was previously rejected and was for a lesser quantity of cabins ie 10. This request is for 16 cabins and is larger in size and scale. If it was rejected previously at a smaller scale I cannot see how a larger scale project should be approved.

I hope the above is considered in great detail when reviewing this application.
