RE:      Material Change of Use (Dwelling House) on land at 1 Pitta Street, Peregian Beach (legally
         described as Lot 715 on P93127)

On behalf of David Comiskey & Caitlin Heaven and pursuant to s.50 of the Planning Act 2016 I
submit herewith a Development Application on land at 1 Pitta Street, Peregian Beach (legally
described as lot 715 on P93127) for a Material Change of Use (Dwelling House)

The following information has been provided to support the application

       Duly completed DA Form 1;
       Signed landowners consent; and
       A Town Planning Report prepared by Innovative Planning Solutions which appends the
        proposal plans for the development and other supporting technical information.

I trust the above is relatively straightforward and I understand an invoice for payment of the Council
application fees will be emailed once the application has been processed.
