Dear Patrick,



On behalf of our client Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd, we hereby submit a request for a minor change to a development
approval being a Development Permit for Material Change of Use (53 Multiple Dwelling Units) issued over the above site.
In accordance with section s 78 of the Planning Act 2016, we hereby lodge a request to change a development approval
which results in amendments to conditions of approval and the list of approved plans, contained within the approval
package.

The existing approval enables the development to be developed within 4 stages, as outlined in Figure 1 below:
