              RE: CONVEWNIENCE CENTRE - THE HIVE
                   Gibson Road, Noosaville

I should like to lodge a protest against the proposal for the above shopping complex. This
Material Change of Land Use is entirely inappropriate for this location

This location on Gibson Road is currently a quiet residential area and there is absolutely
no need for further food outlets and shops which will completely change the character of
the area.

Problems of noise, fumes, traffic congestion, safety, lifter an d lighting at night can best be
avoided by refusing approval to this type of unnecessary development, quite contrary to
the Noosa Plan.
