3.4 Body Corporate Recommendations

Operational Hours
The Body Corporate submits a fairer compromise on the proposed extended operational
hours would be 7.30am – 9.30pm on weekdays, and 7.00am to 10.30pm on weekends and
public holidays.

Conditions of Planning Consent
The Body Corporate believes consent should be conditional on the construction of an
adequate noise containing roof structure and side walls for the 67m2 external area agreed by
the Body Corporate.
