Note to accompany submission from Laguna On Hastings Garden Restoration.
For a number of years two small garden areas embedded near the main pool
have been deemed a trip hazard. When the complex was completely retiled
these beds were removed and tiled over. The result is trip free and presents a
cleaner fresh look to the pool area.
The small garden area between blocks 4 and five had become overgrown. This
area was also intended for retiling but not done in view of different ground
levels.
In keeping with the original approved landscaping, it is now planned for the
area to be resorted and replanted.
