Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994
1. The applicant must comply with all directions issued by the Harbour Master.
2. Any ships and equipment using the approved facility must comply with the Transport
Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994, the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation
2004, and the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995.
