132007.1841.2 - A change to the development approval was approved on 23/12/2010 which
amended the payment times of the Infrastructure Charges.
132007.1841.03 - A change to the development was approved on 31/01/2012 to stage the
development.
2.2. Site Description
The site is level except for a slight slope towards the north west corner of the land.
2.3. Surrounding Land Uses
The site and Precinct (E3) adjoins industrial uses. Across Rene Street and opposite in Precinct
E4 is vacant land and a recently approved self-storage facility and a recently constructed
industrial business.
