5. FUTURE DIRECTION
Continue to progress with the roll-out of new NCS branding, including the development of a
NCS website.
Review future client fees and charges in line with recently published Commonwealth Home
Support Client Contribution framework.
Source indicative costs and subsequently apply to utilise reserve funds for the rendering of
the Centre façade and repainting of the original timberwork. These works would complete
the update of the Centre.
Continue to amalgamate the HASlink database from Home Assist to Community Support’s
TRACCS database to ensure quality improvement and minimise duplication within
systems.
