Comments:
      YTD actual revenue tracking well above YTD budget.
      YTD actual expenses below YTD budget, however this is a seasonal situation with a lot of
        ground maintenance work having been on hold until the wet season. With the arrival of the
        wet weather, a lot of this work will now occur, so expenditure is expected to be within
        budget expectations.
