Architectural drawings supplied to Tectonic (Ref. Drawing Nos. 01 to 05.0 [not inclusive], Rev B, dated 23
May 2023) indicate that the proposed extensions will comprise a new carport along the south-western edge
of the residence, new internal access driveway off Plover Street, along with internal renovation of the
western part of the residence and landscaping works.

Construction will likely comprise mostly lightweight materials, with the eastern edge of the carport area
supported by a concrete blockwork wall up to about 1.5 m high. No earthworks details were available;
however, based on the provided drawings it appears that excavations less than 1 m deep and filling up to
about 1.5 m high will be required for the new carport and landscaping.
A proposed layout plan and some cross-sectional views of the proposed development are shown in Text
Figure 2 below.
