The following Recommendations from the Services & Organisation Committee were
adopted without discussion or further amendment.

1    ANNUAL REPORT 2015-16
     That Council note the report by the Governance Advisor to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2016 and:
     A.    Adopt the ‘Noosa Council Annual Report 2015/16’ (provided at Attachment 1 to the
           report) incorporating the Audited Financial Statements of Noosa Council for the period
           1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016; and
     B.    Authorise the Chief Executive Officer to make any required minor amendments to the
           Report prior to publication.


2    REVIEW OF AUDIT POLICIES
     That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2016 and:
     A.    Adopt the updated changes to the Internal Audit Policy and Terms of Reference
           provided at Attachment 1 to the report.
     B.    Adopt the updated changes to the Audit and Risk Committee Charter provided at
           Attachment 2 to the report.


3    LOCAL ECONOMIC PLAN AMENDMENTS
     That Council note the report by the Senior Economic Development Officer to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2016 regarding amendments to the
     Noosa Shire Local Economic Plan and Action Plan and adopt the amended documents
     provided at Attachments 1 and 2 to the report.


4    2016/17 COMMUNITY GRANTS FUNDING - OUT OF ROUND FESTIVE SEASON EVENT
     GRANTS
     That Council note the report by the Community Development Coordinator to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2016 and approve the 2016/2017 ‘out
     of round’ Festive Season Event grant recommendations as set out in Attachment 1 to the
     report.
