This minor change application included the following documents for review and endorsement,
which were forward to Council’s Environmental Health Co-ordinator for review:
   Noise Management Plan prepared for Facilities Building, Parkridge, 75 Resort Drive, Noosa
    Heads (Report No: R19084/D3295/Rev.4/30.03.20)
   Environmental Noise Level Impact Assessment of Facilities Building, Parkridge, 75 Resort
    Drive,  Noosa     Heads    conducted  for         Altum    Constructions   (Report    No:
    R19083/D3422/Rev.3/30.03.20)
The applicant has requested the outdoor dining component of the restaurants hours of operation
to be changed to 6am until midnight, as conditioned under the original approval for the site.
Due to the permanent nature of a majority of the dwellings on site, it is essential that appropriate
noise levels are maintained at the Resort Facilities Building in order to reduce or eliminate any
adverse impacts from noise on resident’s amenity.
