    Pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we confirm that the following Public Notification
    actions under Section 297 have been undertaken:


    (a) Published a notice in the Noosa News on Friday, 4 February 2011; and,
    (b) Placed a notice on the land in the way prescribed under the regulation on Friday, 4 February
        2011; and,
    (c) Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on Thursday, 3 February 2011.


   The last day the above actions were carried out was Friday, 4 February 2011.
