Dear Monkeith,
We would like to request an extension of 6 months for our Response to Information Request for Application No: OPW13/0022. The reason we are requesting an extension is mainly due to the fact that we have changed Engineering firms. The Engineering consultant we had in the past has since left his position and moved to another State and the person he left our file with was not familiar with our application and was very difficult to reach or communicate with. We have decided to use Callaghan & Toth Consulting Engineers which we feel are more familiar with this area, and easier to access. I trust this is the information you require and I look forward to your response.

Hi Hans
Please note that the final date for your Response to Information Request is 24 July 2013.  If you are unable to respond by this date you may submit a request to Council to extend the Response Period. Otherwise your OPW application will lapse on 24 July 2013.
