Hi Nadine,

Thank you for the email and the notice.

Instead of extending the decision making period we request that the current period be stopped under Section 32 of the DA Rules.
It is request that references to extending decision making period be deleted and that the notice refers to stopping the current period from 9 May.

In this instance the request relates to an unsatisfactory response to the Information Request and we consider that stopping the current period is the most suitable mechanism.
