fence from the street as required in Condition 13 (MCU18/0028.01) that also meet the
Australian native requirements (see information required #5 below).
ITEM 4:
Amend the landscaping plan to include the two required ‘feature trees’ either side of the
curved wall between the front fence and property boundary and meets Information Required
#5 and #7 below
ITEM 5:
Amend the submitted Landscaping Plans (LP1 and LP2) with plant species that meet the
Noosa Plan 2020 requirements including the 9.4.5 Landscaping Code which includes the
landscaping requirement in particular (but not limited to) Performance Outcome PO10
(species selection) and the Planning Scheme Policy PSP 3 – Landscaping Plants and
Guidelines.
ITEM 6
Provide justification as to how the removal of that MCU approved soft landscaping has been
substituted in a different location on the plan. Or update the plan to include additional soft

ITEM 7
Amend the submitted landscape plans to include additional trees as detailed on the MCU

ITEM 8
Correct the landscaping plans to remove the inconsistencies between the legend and what
is detailed on the plan to allow for clear understanding of the differences between shrubs,
trees and street trees in particular.
