2. Private landholder conservation partnerships programs
Similar to the Environment Levy land acquisition program, the Conservation Land Guideline
identifies a methodology to identify land parcels of interest but for voluntary private land
conservation under the Voluntary Conservation Agreement (VCA) and Land for Wildlife (LfW)
Programs. VCA and LfW properties can play an important role in providing connectivity across
mapped biodiversity corridors as shown in Map 2.
