 3. Details of Submission
I (We), make the following submission:

           UYh.Aolew-.f..,'q, I
I would like to lodge an objection to the above application due to the following reasons-

When lessons are being held, the street is full of cars and this makes it hard to find a park and simply drive up the street.

The noise level is very high, either with singing or in the worse case, children screaming in fear of gelling in the water.

These two combine to create the largest concern, which is depreciated house values in the street. It is not fair that one
household should benefit financially from a home business, but the surrounding households will suffer high levels of noise
and depreciating value of their property. Should we chose to sell in the future, I believe the swimming school being next
door would make it extremely difficult to do so.

I have previously signed a petition supporting the swim school. This was due to the neighbours accusing me of
complaining to council in an intimidating manner. I felt pressured to sign. I do not support the Swim school being next
 door at all.
