The subject property features a primary and secondary dwelling, ancillary shed
structures and a shipping container.
The topography of the subject site is undulating, with ground levels ranging from
113 m AHD at its lowest point at the south-eastern corner to 192 m AHD at the
highest point at the north-western corner of the property. The relative height at
which the facility is proposed to be located is 164 m AHD.
The site adjoins large rural properties in all directions. The subject property also
adjoins Tablelands Road along a small section of its south-western boundary.
The Woondum National Park is located approximately 900 m to the north-west.
Figure 4.3 provides an aerial view of the characteristics of the subject site and
surrounding area.
