To whom it may concern,

I am writing to object to the change of use from Office to Restaurant. I am a doctor and frequently travel to the Sunshine Coast. My objection is on the grounds of noise, as I continuously study and have a very demanding job therefore travel for a holiday. Also car parking, congestion, delivery vans delivering produce and other trucks. I am also objecting on the basis that only the developer benefits from this change and disregards the wants of the neighbours.
