RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Community Development Manager and Environmental
Services Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2019
regarding recommended Round 2 2019-20 Community Project and Environment Grants and
recommended Three Year Community Alliance Agreements.
REPORT
The purpose of this report is to provide background information and an overview of the Round 2
2019-20 Community Project Grants and Environment Grants and Three Year Community
Alliance Agreements. These grant recommendations are being presented to Council for its
consideration and endorsement at the November 2019 round of meetings.
Six reports are being presented to Council for this round of Community and Environment Grants
funding. They include:
1. 2019-20 Community Project Grants (Round 2)

2. 2019-20 Environment Project Grants (Round 2) $29,998
