2.3 Evaluation of responses
2.3.1 Respondents
The Procurement Department conducted an initial review to identify any seriously non-conforming
tender responses. A number of responses were considered to be non-confirming and were
eliminated on the basis of marketing material not true submissions. No late tender responses were
received. As a result, a total of 6 responses were accepted progressed to the evaluation process.

All respondents were invited to respond across a number of portions of work under tender. The
following matrix shows the responses received by each respondent. This report has limited its
evaluation to Portions 1 & 2.
