Minor Change Report - RAL19 0018 01 (As Published)

               With regard to Application No. RAL19/0018.01 to make a minor change to an existing approval for
               Reconfiguring a Lot - Rural Settlement situated at 12 Robin Place, Lake Macdonald Qld 4563
               described as Lot 11 SP 315578, Council on 7 July 2026 decided to:
               A.     Approve the change in part only.
               B.     Refuse to amend condition 2 for the following reasons:
                      1. The proposed change is more appropriately addressed as additional condition of approval
                         relevant to the individual site.
               C.     Include the following additional condition 56:


                      Approved Plans - July 2026 relevant to Lot 11 on SP315578
               56.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with the
                      approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table unless
                      otherwise amended by these conditions.
