Subject: FW: Digital Hub expansion

Hi Patrick,

As discussed, we're in process of scoping the upgrade of the existing Peregian
community house to allow expansion of the Digital Hub. This project is a combination of
two successful grant applications.

Once the new community centre is built on Rufous St the community group will vacate
the existing community house and upgrade will commence.

We are planning for upgrade works to commence in September with completion ahead
of June 2022.

As we move into scoping the upgrade Id like to make sure we meet all planning
requirements in good time.

Attached is an example of the concepts being reviewed which can form the basis of
planning approval requirements.
