Issue 2 Access from Lake Macdonald Drive The Operational Works Plans of the proposed common driveway to Lots 12 and 13 prepared by Callaghan & Toth are contained within Appendix D; the driveway has been prepared in accordance with Council’s Standard Drawing RS-056. The plans provide details of stormwater drainage and sight distances. The driveway is contained within reciprocal Easements benefitting Lots 12 and 13; this situation provides a joint responsibility for the maintenance of the driveway. It is intended that the existing access from Lake Macdonald Drive to the existing shed will be removed. Issue 3 Service Road Access The service road currently provides access to Lake Macdonald Drive by the house pertaining to the subject property (Lot 233 on MCH4301 – 130 Lake Macdonald Drive) and 2 other properties (No’s 152 & 156 Lake Macdonald Drive). Following the Reconfiguration of the subject land the service road will provide access to proposed Lot 11 and No’s 152 & 156 Lake Macdonald Drive. Therefore, there will be no increase in the number of properties utilizing the service road for access to lake Macdonald Drive. It is envisaged that there is no potential to create any additional nuisance to the adjoining properties or increased traffic along the service road. The service road is a good quality gravel road with a well-formed formation of road-base and integrated drainage in place. Photo of service road entrance

The location of the bund is shown on the Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Callaghan & Toth (Drawing No. 2151-01A contained in Appendix D).
