Hi.
51 Tingira Crescent Sunrise Beach is a 4 bedroom 2 story home with a large deck facing north east. Two car garage only with room to take one car on the drive. If this house gets let to a group of young people we can imagine the noise and the mess. Sobraon Street and Tingira Crescent near number 51 already has heaps of cars parked on the two roads both sides, so there won't be much room for any more.

Can I ask Council why they seem intent on driving out the local residents so investors can make more and more money from short term holiday letting? The job of Councils is to keep roads, footpaths, parks, bike ways and the like in good condition. Not to spend their time approving STAs that will affect the lives of those who live close to STAs. The proliferation of STAs in the Noosa Shire over the past year is mind boggling as virtually every application seems to be approved by this current Noosa Council and questions should be asked of the Councillors involved why?
This application should not be approved and if it is, then us residents who live nearby want to see some stringent rules and regulations in place so that we can keep the peace and quiet that have been used to.

application should not be approved
