If the recommendations of this report are followed and included in the design and
construction of the proposed building, we believe the construction will not adversely affect
the existing slope stability of the site.

7.0     ADDITIONAL GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION

It is recommended that additional investigation be carried out following demolition of the
existing residence. The investigation should include a ‘deep’ borehole to further identify the
subsurface conditions at depth for piling design.
