Thanks for taking the time this morning to discuss the issue regarding the access driveway for the Tomato Farm at the above property.

Council last week received a further complaint in relation to heavy vehicles using the entrance as per the attached image which is causing safety concerns as we have advised you.
You have indicated to me previously that all vehicles entering the Tomato Farm will be using the CSR entrance until such time as Council receives and assesses a properly made Development Approval and all conditions of the approval are complying.

Can you please confirm in writing/email to Council by Wednesday 11th June 2014 that all vehicles are using the CSR at all times and no vehicles are using the entrance as per the attached image.

Council has also noticed that some trees have been removed and works have been conducted on the road reserve at 305 Lake Macdonald Drive. Council will shortly be issuing you a letter to cease any works until provided with the appropriate approvals and permits.
