SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA                            8 SEPTEMBER 2020


     There were a number of learnings gleaned from each period of operating the evacuation
     centre and these learnings are progressively being actioned to ensure we’re even better
     prepared for future events.

   Completion of a number of planned maintenance projects including:
     -   Ventilation fan upgrade in the stadium with new, more energy efficient units.
     -   Electrical switchboard upgrade for safety and compliance purposes.
     -   Service and repair to rooftop extraction fans and cleaning of extraction fan grilles.

   During the facility closure, staff continued to work on improving the centre’s functionality
     and aesthetics, with upgrades in the following areas:
     -    Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles throughout the centre.
     -    Installation of permanent shelving in group fitness rooms to enable easier and safer
          access to equipment for patrons and instructors.
     -    Cleaning and painting of walls and doors throughout the facility.
     -    Upgrade of the Kids’ Playroom with the addition of new padded flooring, installation of
          a new horizontal climbing wall and pipe-wall, and an upgrade of the popular jumping
          castle.
