7         Qualifications

This Plan has been prepared by Cardno (Qld) Pty Ltd for QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd to provide advice with
respect to the stormwater management. Our analysis and overall approach has been catered to the specific
requirements of stormwater management and may not be applicable beyond this scope. For this reason, any
other third parties other than QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd and Council are not authorized to utilise this report
without further input and advice from Cardno.
The Plan detailed in this report was based on the following information provided by others:
              > QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd design drawings and dimensions by Aurora Design;
              > QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd water management design and dimensions by PDD; and
              > Contour plan by Stockwell;
The accuracy of this report is dependent upon the accuracy of the above information.
While this Plan has incorporated the best management practices, no modelling/verification of the proposed
treatment system and the effluent discharge quantity and quality was undertaken.
