The peak hour generation from the site is less than 20 trips per hour. Traffic volumes are low and below the volumes stated in the table therefore, it is considered unnecessary to undertake intersection analysis as the intersection operates with uninterrupted flow conditions. Therefore given the above assessment it is recommended that Condition 8 be amended to allow the applicant to use the existing driveway to access the site.
