     Due to space constraints of the site it will be necessary to provide a low retaining
     wall along the side of the bio basin adjacent to the eastern boundary. This retaining
     wall will vary in height from 0-700mm high and would be located a minimum of
     700mm from the boundary to ensure it does not impact on the use of the
     neighbouring property. The north and west sides of the basin will be provided with a
     1:4 vegetated or turfed batter as shown on the attached sketches. The southern
     boundary of the bio basin fronts Donnella Street and the top of the weir/bund will be
     less than 300mm higher than the existing footpath level. A 1:4 grass batter will be
     provided at this location.
