I live in Douglas Street and I am objecting about 18 Duke Street Sunshine Beach to this development due to NOISE. I am a shift worker. there was a
small cafe rtJrvling at these premises fOf a short time and they would have music and yelling with laughter at 6.30am in the moming. Ifyou allow another
Restaurant the noise at night wiUbe terrible due to my working hoors. I try to go to sleep at 6pm as I have to get up very early between midnight and two
am. II you allow a restaurant on this very quiet comer in this location the noise wil be terrible. Please do not allow a restaurant we already have enough at
Sunshine Beach in the Restaurant area.
