- the extent of such a large (195 room ‘Tourist Accommodation’) build when it is
surrounded by ‘high/medium density’ residential zones and ‘Environmental
Management and Conservation’ as per the Noosa Council 2020 mapping;

- the loss of significant bushland which is also recognised as a Core ‘Koala Habitat’ by
Noosa Council.

lf | can conclude by stating that | believe the reasons outlined above will no doubt have a
negative impact on residents, wildlife, and the environment by granting such a proposal.
Please record my objection against the application and | am willing to attend in person to
object if so required.
