Higher Order Approval and Compliance with Conditions

The Material Change of Use and Reconfiguration of a Lot (23118 DA) required the vegetation within the designated “Private Open Space for Waterway Protection and Conservation” be protected in perpetuity by imposition of an environmental covenant over the land area. This covenant has been established and the required restoration works have been carried out and signed off by Council.

This application seeks approval for the interference with vegetation within the covenant area located closest to the building for the stated purpose of reducing shading to promote lawn growth, reducing bushfire hazard and addressing unbalanced crowns in order to address safety requirements.
