The solution to provide day time parking for long RV vehicles is not readily available at a low
cost. It is considered worthwhile to revisit the utilisation of the 3 Council owned freehold
allotments opposite Cooroy Library until such time as investigations have been undertaken and a
more permanent solution has been put in place. There may need to be some hard standing fill
provided to make the ground surface less susceptible to wet weather events.

Nil.

Finance & Risk

Capital funding has not been provided in the current works program to construct the waste dump
point and associated infrastructure and signage. A project brief and more detailed costing will
need to be developed and submitted to the quarterly budget review process.

A feasibility assessment needs to be completed to identify potential revenue compared to one-off
and ongoing operational costs and management arrangements.
