3.3       PROPOSED AND APPROVED DEVELOPMENTS

This section investigates proposed and approved developments relevant to the subject site.
Urban Economics note the following:

         A mixed-use development was proposed at 125 Myall St, Cooroy (MCU14/0056) to
          include a service station, carwash, tourist park, convenience and fast-food retail as well a
          self-storage facility. Council has since refused the application which is currently under
          appeal. (Creekgold Pty Ltd vs Noosa Shire Council)




                                 Proposed development - 125 Myall St, Cooroy

         A service station (7-Eleven) and drive-through fast-food outlet (unknown) has been
          approved at 139 Eumundi Road, Noosaville and is currently under construction. The
          development will also ultimately include service industry and showroom uses.
