One (1) Colorbond 2.6m high x 3m wide roller door. Refer to the General
Specification (# Access Doors) in relation to opening sizes. Roller Door is
wrapped for protection during transport.

Materials to frame up for window opening(s) including a header flashing to
suit Two (2) 900x600 windows and Two (2) 900x1200 windows (windows
by others).

Z sections bolted to rafters & columns with a minimum overlap of 10% of the
bay width. The roof purlins are Z 100, the side girts are Z 100 and the end
girts are Z 150.

The Mid and End portal frames are assembled from C150 columns and
C150 rafters.

Chemically anchored stud bolts fitted after pouring concrete.

Building Information

e Engineering certification of the steel building to the appropriate Australian Standards for the
building class and wind classification nominated above (one signed copy).

e Slab or Pier designs for all soil classes except Extreme (E) or Problem (P) sites.
